How It Works

AI Box Detection

An industrial-grade overhead camera captures a top view of the pallet. Our AI has been trained to recognize palletized boxes and automatically identify the measurement boundaries.

Precision Height Measurement

A high-precision industrial laser measures the distance from the sensor to the top of the pallet load. The system calculates the overall pallet height with excellent accuracy.

AI Dimension Calculation

The AI analyzes the captured image to accurately calculate the pallet’s width and depth. Combined with the laser-measured height, Pixel Weigh instantly determines the complete pallet dimensions.

Integrated Weighing

The pallet is simultaneously weighed using a heavy-duty 48″ × 48″ industrial floor scale. Dimension and weight data are captured and displayed together, providing a complete measurement record in seconds.

Intelligent Data Management

Pixel Weigh is more than a dimensioning system—it’s a complete data collection platform.

Every measurement can be automatically saved, allowing operators to maintain a digital record of pallet dimensions and weight for future reference, reporting, and auditing.
