Our servicebot, Jenny, has the capability to promptly resolve 80% of issues. When Jenny is unable to solve a problem, our technician will remotely intervene. In the case of simpler items that cannot be fixed remotely, we will arrange a replacement. For items exceeding $2000 in value, we offer a complimentary com-helmet that enables our technician to diagnose and rectify the problem. If none of these options prove effective, we will arrange for a technician to visit your location.
